jkpk services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. If it is later proven that a member was a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

VIP tier changes are based on a member's gaming activity and engagement on the platform. To move up to a higher tier, maintain consistent gaming activity.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own conditions, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games.
• jkpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. No bonus funds will be returned after an account is closed.
